Education

M.Tech in Power Systems

Postgraduate engineering degree in power systems — the foundation for grid connection, protection and system design.

Certification

SCGJ Certified Trainer

Certified trainer with the Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ), the skill council for India's green-energy sector.

Field experience

Rooftop solar installation

On-site installation work, including projects in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

About

From the rooftop to the classroom

Our founder holds an M.Tech in Power Systems and is a certified trainer with the Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ). He works hands-on with solar installations — surveying roofs, fixing mounting structures, wiring strings, connecting inverters and commissioning systems.

Seeing how many learners struggle to connect theory with real site work, he started KVA Spark to teach solar design software the way it is used in real projects: from roof layout and 3D shading to simulation reports and costing.

Mission

Solar skills for every learner

Make solar design simple, practical and free to learn — so students, electricians and engineers can confidently design and install safe, efficient PV systems.

“Learn the design on paper, then build it on the roof — that's how real solar engineers are made.”
Areas of focus

What he teaches

On-grid system design

Array sizing, string design, inverter selection and net-metering.

Off-grid & batteries

Load analysis, battery sizing, autonomy and charge controllers.

Hybrid systems

Backup for critical loads, self-consumption and AC/DC coupling.

Rooftop installation

Site survey, mounting structure, module fixing and DC wiring.

Protection & earthing

SPDs, isolators, MCB/RCD, earthing and lightning arresters.

Testing & commissioning

Voc/Isc checks, first power-up and system monitoring.
