One real project, start to finish
Every software is taught on the same real rooftop project, so you see how the tools connect — exactly as it happens in a solar company.
- 01Design basics
Load, sun hours, string sizing and inverter selection — the engineering behind every tool.
- 02Layout & 3D model
Draw the roof in AutoCAD, model it in SketchUp and place modules around obstacles.
- 03Simulate & optimise
Run PVsyst / PV*SOL, study shading and losses, and improve the yield.
- 04Report & proposal
Prepare the SLD, BOQ, costing and a customer-ready report for your portfolio.
Training built for the job
Practical, project-based classes designed around what solar companies expect from a design engineer.
Live classes
Online or classroom sessions where you work in the software alongside the trainer.
Real project files
Practise on actual rooftop and ground-mount projects, not toy examples.
Certificate
Get a course completion certificate after finishing your final project.
Doubt support
Ask questions on WhatsApp between classes and get help with your project.
Career guidance
Portfolio, CV and interview tips for solar design and sales engineer roles.
Portfolio project

- M.Tech in Power Systems
- Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ) Certified Trainer
KVA Spark was started to make solar design practical and job-ready. As a power systems engineer and SCGJ certified trainer working on real rooftop installations, our founder teaches the software the way it is used on live projects.
“Learn the software on a real project — that's how job-ready solar engineers are made.”
Common questions
Do I need to buy the software?
No. We guide you on using trial or student versions where available for practice. Software names belong to their respective owners; KVA Spark is an independent training provider and does not sell licences.
Are classes online or offline?
Both. Choose online live classes or classroom sessions when you enroll — tell us which suits you on WhatsApp.
Do I need an engineering background?
No. We start with solar design basics, so students, installers and career switchers can all follow along.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes — you receive a course completion certificate after you finish the final project.
What are the fees and batch timings?
Fees and timings depend on the course and mode. Send us a message using the enroll form and we'll share the current details.
Can I attend a demo before joining?
Yes. Choose “Free demo class first” in the enroll form and we'll schedule one for you.
